Return Policy

You may return most new, unopened items sold and fulfilled by Synergy Retail Group LLC within 7 days of delivery for a refund minus restocking fee. A 20% restocking fee is applied to all returns. Damages / Errors are not subject to a restocking fee. Original shipping cost and return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless otherwise stated. Please contact us for full return policies. All returns need to be approved before shipping back to us. Please contact us and we will gladly assist you in the Return Procedure. All restocking fees are to help maintain our low prices.

When returning items to us, please make sure packaging is done diligently to prevent damages. All return items will be inspected and all liabilities will be the responsibility of the customer. We recommend you use a trustworthy carrier and to insure your return packages, and to have a means of tracking the package.

Damages / errors will be fully investigated and at the end of the investigation we will contact you about the resolution.

1. Exchanges

Exchanges are treated like returns. All exchanges need to be approved and might be subject to a restocking fee. Please Contact Us regarding exchanges.

2. Refunds

All refunds, if approved, will be issued back in the same original payment method.
