How do I change my order after I checked out?

Call 732-399-9222 to change any order prior to shipping. Please see our Return Policy for information after it ships. Also note that we try to ship most items out on the same day and some within a few hours so please call right away.

Why didn't I receive my promotional offer?

Did you input the code into the coupon code box? If not please contact us at 732-399-9222, if the item has not shipped we maybe able to help. Remember some coupons have conditions that need to be meet to apply. We will let you know if it did not meet the requirements.

What are the browser requirements?

The web pages and web-based applications hosted by Favorscentral.com require a minimum web browser of Microsoft Internet Explorer 6.0 or higher, Mozilla Firefox 3.0 or higher, Apple Safari 3.0 or higher, or any other web browser compatible with these browsers.
